This website collects lead form details you choose to submit so Bobby's Cycle Works can respond to your request.

When you submit a website form, Bobby's Cycle Works may receive your name, phone number, email address, equipment interest, message, and the page where you made the request. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, driver's license information, or other sensitive financing data through these forms.
The dealership uses submitted information to answer inventory, service, parts, trade-in, financing, and general questions. Requests are stored in a private employee lead inbox and are not published on the website.
Secure hosting, database, email, and mapping providers may process limited information only to operate the website and respond to requests. Call (423) 869-8687 if you have a privacy question or want Bobby's Cycle Works to review a request you submitted.
Our server counts requests for public pages and successfully saved inquiries to understand overall website use. These totals operate independently of optional Google Analytics and use no analytics cookies or visitor profiles. Reporting groups activity by date using general page, source, device and inquiry categories, and separates recognized automated requests. It does not receive IP addresses, full URLs, raw browser details, contact information, or inquiry contents.
Our website management service, Hometown Boost, retains these measurement records for approximately 90 days. Page requests may include repeat visits and are not a count of individual people. Private employee pages are excluded.

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand which public pages people visit, phone and email link clicks, selected navigation links, and accepted inquiries. Google may also process browser, device, and broad geographic information to provide these reports. We do not send submitted form fields, contact details, customer IDs, item identifiers, full outbound links, or page query strings to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. You can choose Decline analytics with the same ease, and either choice leaves the website and inquiry forms available. Our analytics cookies and your saved choice last up to six months; analytics cookies may be renewed during visits where you have allowed analytics. A first-party preference also remembers a declined choice when cookies cannot be saved.
Use Analytics choices at the bottom of the page to change your decision. Declining stops further Google Analytics measurement, removes this site's analytics cookies, and reloads the page after your choice is saved. If your browser cannot save any preferences, we show a message and keep analytics off on that page. Changing your choice does not delete reports already received by Google.
